On our tropical honeymoon we will take a "joy ride" in a Land Rover seeing the island of Moorea with its emerald mountains, cascading waterfalls, vanilla, grapefruit and pineapple plantations, palm shaded shores and luminous lagoons. We will visit ancient sacrificial sites, Toatea lookout point with sweeping views of Temae Beach all the way across the Sea of The Moon and Belvedere Point! We will discover the stunningly beautiful island of Moorea! Stopping at volcanic peaks and lush mountain slopes, visiting Belvedere viewpoint, the twin inlets of Cook's Bay and Opunohu Bay. Our driver will tell us about the natural and cultural history as we pass fields of pineapple and taro where the "Jus de Fruits de Moorea" subsides. Here we will sample Moorea's delicious pineapple, pineapple teas, pineapple juices, liqueurs and jams! We will definitely need our camera on this honeymoon day out!
