Our Story
Christopher and I met while working at Chicago O’Hare airport as de-icers. Our first date wasn’t even supposed to be a date at all, just a friendly get together to hang out. We went out for dinner to a small Italian restaurant and ending our evening with bowling, a couple of cocktails and soft music. It didn’t take long for sparks to become apparent. Chris is the gentlest man that I have ever met. I call him my gentle giant since he stands about 6’ 5” with the warmest smile that melts my heart everytime he looks at me. He makes me laugh hysterically and I love spending time with him as much as he do with me. We both love traveling, trying new things and of course eating all kinds of good food that is now becoming a hobby for us. Since we have been together we have tried all kinds of things, such as bowling, jet skiing, camping, and of course skiing which is where he proposed to me as I was going down the slopes, ok maybe falling along the way. Our loves grow over time and dating just a little than a year. On January 31, 2009 on our ski trip with close friends at Cascade Moutain on the top is when Christopher got down on one knee, and proposed to me and I said “Yes”. We have become such a huge part of each other’s life that it seems impossible that there was a time that we didn’t even know each other. Who knew that love could be this powerful? Who knew that it could take over our hearts so completely? We couldn’t even begin to imagine what life would be like without one another!
Our Wedding
Our ceremony will be timeless and elegant, at the Chateau-Bushe' in Alsip, IL on June 18, 2010 at 6:00 in the evening. It is only a matter of time until I take those first steps down the aisle in my wedding dress to become Mrs. Christopher Perez! This will be an event to remember and we can’t wait to share it with all of you!
Our Reception
Our reception will be fun & memorable day of our live's! Please join us and celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Perez! There will be dining, drinks, and dancing, good times for all! Our wedding reception will immediately follow our ceremony.

The Double Tree Hotel Chicago/Alsip is conveniently located off I-294 @ Cicero Ave/ 127th St. just located 1 block west of Cicero Ave on 127th St. just 8 miles south of Midway Airport with complimentary shuttle service to and from Midway, also around trip shuttle from Double Tree to Banquet Hall.
