Celia Scott & Jared Duncan
Our Story
About 3 1/2 years ago, Amy and I were looking for a church we could call our "home."One Sunday morning, we came across little ol' Romeo Baptist Church. Little did we know, attending this church were two very handsome young men. The church had been praying to God that He would bring two Christian women into their lives. When my sister and I walked in, I had no idea that all eyes were on us. Jared and I became friends and things progressed very slowly even though from the beginning we were special in each others eyes.
Through good times and bad, our commitment grew stronger as we strived to keep God in the center of our relationship. Our marriage will be consecrated and dedicated by and for Him. We covet your prayers and hope and pray you all will be able to share this special day with us!
Our Wedding
We wish to have a beautiful, quaint wedding at St George Anglican Cathedral. The church is located no other than right here in Ocala, our beloved hometown. The ceremony will start at one O'clock in the afternoon, but we ask that you arrive at half past twelve. This will be a fairly large wedding and the church will easily fill!
Our Reception
Our wedding reception will be held at India Association Cultural, located about 5 to 10 minutes away immediately following our ceremony. All are welcome to join us in celebrating our new lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Jared Duncan! There will be light Hor'dourves, refreshing drinks, dancing, and cake, good times for all!!
A Special Message From Us
We would like everyone to know how thankful we are that you are in our lives. God has blessed us in a special way. We both firmly believe the Bible is God's word and what it has to say about marriage: The uniting of two persons to become one. We can not wait until May 30th, as that means all the planning will be over!!! No, seriously :) we can not wait until that day and it makes it all the more special to have you join us.
